The book reconstructs the course of activities of the Royal Prussian Expedition led by Karl Richard Lepsius at the archaeologica site of Wad Ben Naga, Sudan, in 1844, based on available archival records and current excavations carried out by the Archaeological Expedition to Wad Ben Naga of the National Museum of the Czech Republic.
