Antonín Dvořák: Můj život a dílo / Antonín Dvořák: My Life and Work

Catalogue of the exhibition of the same name held on the occasion of the inscription of the Antonín Dvořák Archive in the UNESCO Memory of the World Register. The rich pictorial material includes previously unpublished photographs of some of the collection items, but also photographs of the exhibited original Dvořák’s music manuscripts, which are only rarely presented to the public. The autobiographical title of the exhibition, Antonín Dvořák: My Life and Work, refers to interviews the composer gave to the foreign press during his lifetime. Excerpts from some of these interviews are published in the representative catalogue, which is otherwise a precise guide to the exhibition at the Antonín Dvořák Museum in Prague.
