Salon Dvořák

A chamber series dedicated to young performers, to whom the Antonín Dvořák Museum offers a space for concerts and artistic realisations in the inspiring surroundings of the Baroque summer palace Amerika.

Julie Krejčí (born 2004) plays the violoncello under the guidance of prof. Tomáš Strašil. During her studies she received several awards for her solo playing, e.g. 2nd prize at the Mahler Competition in Jihlava, 2nd prize at the Vychytil Competition in Prague or 3rd prize at Talents for Europe. She has been playing orchestral music since she was a child and she was a member of the Pilsen Philharmonic Orchestra in the 2023/2024 season.

Veronika Lišková (born 2004) studies in the piano class of prof. Michal Rezek. She won the 1st prize in the Malta Cross Music Competition 2024, 1st prize in the International Smetana Competition, 1st prize in the Středočeské Pianoforte, 2nd prize for Beethoven's Teplice and represented the Czech Republic at the Young Artists' Showcase in Kosovo. In addition to her solo playing, Veronika teaches several piano students at the art school and in her free time she plays in the band with other students from Prague Conservatory.

Ester Müllerová (born 2005) studies violin with prof. František Souček. She has so far won a number of prizes for her solo playing. In 2024 she received the 3rd prize in the New European Talents competition of Vasa Příhoda, the Dagmar and Václav Havel Foundation VIZE 97 award, the 2nd prize in the International Violin Competition of PhDr. Josef Micka and the absolute winner of the Plzenecké housličky competition.

Trio Classic was founded in 2021. In 2022 it won the title of the absolute winner of the Camerata Teplice competition. Later it also received the 1st prize in the Antonín Dvořák for Young Competition. Twice the trio participated in the Concertino Praga competition and made studio recordings under the direction of master Jan Lžičar. The ensemble, which regularly gives public concerts, is made up of students in their final year of study at the Prague Conservatory.
